Lisa is partner in the firm. She has a B.A. from Wesleyan University (1993) and a law degree from the UC Berkeley School of Law (2000). She is a Certified Specialist in Probate, Estate Planning, and Trust Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Lisa is the author of recent editions of a guidebook to estate administration, “How to Probate an Estate in California — A Step-by-Step Guide,” published by Nolo Press. She also regularly presents public seminars on estate planning topics for local community organizations including By the Bay Health. Prior to joining Kelley & Farren in 2010, Lisa litigated consumer protection and antitrust matters for the Federal Trade Commission and in the private sector. She also served as a law clerk for the Alaska Supreme Court.
