Area of Legal Practice
Christine's practice is devoted exclusively to estate planning, trusts and
probate law, with an emphasis on estate-related tax issues.

Professional Background
Christine first worked for Kelley & Farren as a law clerk during law
school. She returned to the firm as an associate in 2005. Christine is a
Certified Public Accountant and is especially knowledgeable in the complex
accounting and tax laws that pertain to estate planning. Her experience prior
to joining Kelley & Farren includes:
- Deloitte Tax, LLP, 2003-2004. Christine prepared tax returns for
corporations, partnerships, trusts, and high net worth individuals. She also
worked on a number of complex estate tax returns and gift tax returns.
- Law Office of Lawrence Bragman, 1994-2002. Christine began working as
a file clerk while in high school and immediately knew she wanted to become
a lawyer. By the time she left the firm, Hoburg was assisting with in-depth
management of civil cases.

Personal
Christine grew up in Marin and is excited about raising her children here
as well. She loves the outdoors and takes her two dogs with her on outings
wherever possible.
