Lisa’s practice is now devoted exclusively to estate planning, trusts and probate law. She serves a wide range of clientele on everything from simple wills, powers of attorney and healthcare directives to complex estate plans and after-death estate administration. She also focuses on trust and probate litigation.

After receiving her J.D. in 2000, Lisa served as a clerk for the Chief Justice of the Alaska Supreme Court.
From 2001 to 2007, Lisa worked for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in Washington, D.C. She litigated matters to enforce antitrust and consumer protection laws. She earned an agency award for consistent excellent performance and dedication for her efforts in a complex matter related to California’s clean air regulations and the price of gasoline in California. Lisa also prosecuted criminal matters during an assignment as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia.
Lisa represented consumers and employees in class action litigation in California and federal courts while working for Chavez & Gertler LLP in Mill Valley.
Lisa joined Kelley & Farren in 2010.
Lisa has been trained in collaborative and facilitative mediation and has served as a volunteer mediator for San Francisco Office of Citizen Complaints and San Francisco’s Community Boards.
Lisa returned to the Bay area in 2007 after completing a 3-month bicycle journey across the United States. She enjoys cycling, mountain biking and trail running in the open spaces of Marin County.
