Carolyn’s practice is devoted exclusively to estate planning, trusts and probate law. She serves a wide range of clientele on everything from simple wills, powers of attorney and healthcare directives to complex estate plans and after-death estate administration.

Carolyn joined Greene, Kelley, Tobriner & Farren, the predecessor to Kelley & Farren, in 1983. She is a frequent lecturer on estate planning, wills and trusts for corporations and charitable organizations in northern California.
Carolyn has written and/or edited numerous books and other legal publications, including:
Carolyn was on the boards of directors for many years at Hospice of Marin and Audubon Canyon Ranch. She now acts in an advisory capacity for these two and other community organizations as well, including the Marin County Foundation where she serves on the Foundation's Council of Partners. Carolyn has also served as a volunteer for child abuse prevention and drug rehabilitation programs.
Carolyn is an ardent tennis player and hiker. She has been involved with youth programs and has been a foster parent for at-risk teens for the County of Marin.
